What I’ve Been Up To (Part 2)

Adding to my series of ‘What I’ve Been Up To’ over the last few weeks that has kept me from blogging:

2. We were working over time in December on a number of projects at church. Our Christmas series, A Christmas Story, which had a very elaborate set needed a lot of energy and created some buzz. I blogged about it here. We had some incredible volunteers pull this set off including Linda, Chris, Larissa, Ben, Becca…thanks a ton!

3. At that same time, we were working on renovating our two main venues, the Multi-Purpose Center and the Auditorium. In the Auditorium we were able to install new screens and projectors. With those updates, the screens are now in a better position and angle in the room for better viewing at every seat, they are closer to the stage making for a more intimate setting, we were able to upgrade to widescreen projection, open up the stage for new design ideas because we do not need a center screen, and move the current equipment in the Multi-Purpose Center. David posted about the new screens here (with pictures) and was the MVP working to pull this off.
