Ring the Bells

I got a pre-release of a CD a couple weeks ago that you need to know about. Ring the Bells is a great Christmas album that has been created by Fellowship Bible Church in Brentwood, TN. The album was mostly new songs created by artists and musicians of Fellowship Bible.

It is neat for me to have a couple of friends who played a role on this project. Scott Harris who is the Music Director at Fellowship Bible is the Executive Producer for the project. Scott and his wife Sarah use to be on staff with us at FBCSmyrna. One of the song writers on the project is another friend from previous ministry days, Chad Cates. Chad is a great worship leader and gifted song writer who is writing these days on projects all over Christian radio and recently won a Dove Award. Another one of his projects that is a great worship album is Worship Room.

Not only is Ring the Bells a great album but all the proceeds are for a mission partnerships in Africa that the church supports, what compelling vision for a project. I encourage you to order one or even several copies to give to friends and family for Christmas. I have (plus one for Kelly’s birthday next week, don’t tell her it is a surprise).
