Getting settled back in the office. DRIVE was incredible. Seeing my family after being gone for three days was great, I love to laugh with them and experience life through their eyes. Getting cranked up for a busy day but stopped to look over some notes from the first main session of the conference. The thoughts and reality for my leadership and relationships are still heavy and my brain and soul are wrestling. I hope to carve out the time to share some of my thoughts and notes from the last couple of days. Here is one:
“The two gifts we must give each other as a team is TRUST and to be TRUSTWORTHY.”
I will be chewing on this for a while.
