Incredible

Finally…here are some pics from our recent 10th Anniversary Cruise. Kelly and I had a blast with each other and are great friends the Coxs and the Hales. We visited 3 ports (Freeport, Bahamas; Grand Cayman; Costa Maya, Mexico). I ate an incredible amount of food with entrees including roasted duck, lamb chops, lobster, prime rib, filet mignon, mahi mahi on the beach in Grand Cayman, salmon, beef ribs, 24-hour pizza bar, and and endless soft serve ice cream just to name a few.

Our Steward, Fransisco, would leave ‘towel animals’ each evening for us as we returned from dinner and the night life. We had an elephant, rabbit, a heart on the last night, and this animal…a duck or maybe an ant-eater, no really sure.

This is my favorite picture that I took on the trip. As you enlarge it, you will see the relaxing hammock hanging between the palms. What I began to call, "…going Alison Bynum on the pics…". What an incredible piece of God’s creation.

Here is the Anniversary Cruise gang while standing on a private beach area on Grand Cayman island. We took a private boat tour…just the 3 couples (and the boat driver, of course). We swam with Sting-Rays, snorkeled on a coral reef, ate lunch on the beach, tubed, held living star-fish, and took an eco-tour. An amazing day.

Again on the beach in Grand Cayman. This is Kelly and I’s traditional pose. We have an aversion to all things perceived cheesy so instead of the sweet, cuddly, serious pose we often opt for the silly, trying to be funny and original pose. You might think we are dorky…we think we are cool. Don’t ruin it for us.
